Today, on 406 Day, we recognize the lifesaving impact of the 406 MHz emergency frequency — the global standard for distress beacons — and the incredible network of people and systems that make rescue possible.

At Dukane Seacom, we are proud to manufacture ELTs that operate on this critical frequency, but the real heroes are the search and rescue professionals who respond — day or night, in all conditions — to bring people home safely.

Radiant Power Corp Appoints SIKA Aerospace as Authorized Repair Station in India

Radiant Power Corp, a HEICO company, has appointed SIKA Interplant Systems Ltd dba SIKA Aerospace & Defense (SIKA), based in Bengaluru, India, as an authorized repair station. Initially, SIKA will provide Dukane Seacom Test Set calibration, with the shared vision of the companies being to expand the scope to additional products and part numbers in a phased manner. This agreement enhances aviation MRO capabilities in the region, providing improved regional support and faster turnaround times (TATs).

“We are excited to strengthen our partnership with Radiant Power Corp/Dukane Seacom by enhancing local repair and calibration capabilities,” said Kunal Sikka, CEO of SIKA. “This will improve efficiency and reduce overseas dependencies for our customers.”
